Hot Dip plastisol typically yields gripping and / or insulating coatings.  Applications may include a variety of handle grips (kitchen tools, valve handles, automatic levers, lawn and garden levers and bails) where the coating can provide a good soft gripping surface, electrical insulation, and heat transfer protection; a wide range of clips and clamps where the coating provides cushioning and insulation; as well as many other cases where the cushioning and heat or electrical insulation characteristics of the coating are essential for or enhance the part being coated.  Thicknesses range from .030" - .125".
