Fluid bed applications may include sports face masks, dishwasher baskets, wire fan guards, wire shelving, battery holddowns, bus bar insulation, automobile gutter hooks for bicycle racks and car top carriers, seat belt brackets and stampings in automotive locks that are coated for sound deadening.  The most common materials applied with this process are vinyl, nylon, and epoxy.  Thicknesses range from .007" - .025".
