At Kettle Moraine Coatings, Inc., we can provide ISO 9001:2008 certified electrostatic powder coating of parts up to 18′ in length, 6′ in width, and 6′ in height. Both thermoplastic and thermoset powder in any color can be used to provide the desired smooth or textured finish.
At Kettle Moraine Coatings, Inc., we provide hot dip plastisol coating of multiple sizes and types of products. Plastisol is a versatile thermoplastic coating with very desirable insulating and protective properties. In addition, plastisol provides an ergonomic gripping surface for tools, fittings, and equipment handles.
Our fluid bed powder coating services at Kettle Moraine Coatings, Inc. provide an efficient and economical way to coat wire goods, sound dampening components, and a variety of other parts. The most commonly used materials we use for fluid bed coating include thermoplastics, PVC, nylon, and polyethylene and thermoset epoxy.
